MY ITEM IS DAMAGED/INCORRECT, WHAT DO I DO?

Please contact our support team for any items that arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item arrived, and include a photo of the item.

We'll arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible. Please do not return items to us without authorization from support first.

 

SHIPPING INSURANCE

Shipping insurance is offered at checkout. It's provided by Route. Route will contact you with all insurance info and terms via email.

Route will inform you of the shipping and tracking for your package, regardless of whether you have purchased the insurance.

Please note - shipping insurance is non-refundable once your order has shipped.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

 Simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at hello@jewelledbylove.com

If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 6 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

We ship all orders from our USA factory. Due to Covid-19, some international packages may be delayed due to routing or customs delays.

When will I receive my items?

All Jewelled By Love products are made-to-order. This means your item will usually ship within 3-5 business days however we ask to allow 7-10 business days for your items to arrive to you.

International orders can take longer due to extra shipping time and customs processing times.

Once your item ships you will receive an email containing your tracking info so you will have accurate information as to when your order will arrive.

Please note, we work with different suppliers for certain items so they may ship and arrive separately even though they are ordered at the same time. 

Please contact hello@jewelledbylove if your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time. Keep in mind that delivery times on international orders may take slightly longer.

My order has been sent, why don't I see the tracking info?

Your order has been sent, but sometimes it takes up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in the couriers tracking system.

DAMAGED GOODS

If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt so we can work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund or credit. If there is obvious damage to the package upon delivery, please note the condition of the package and send us a photo via email at: hello@jewelledbylove.com

Please email us: hello@jewelledbylove.com, quoting your order number from the confirmation email/SMS message. We'll help track down your order.

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS FEES/TAXES?

We do our best to help ensure your item arrives as smoothly and quickly as possible, including labelling the package with all relevant information for customs authorities.

It's unusual for orders of 1-2 items to attract customs fees, except in countries where there is a very low or no tax-free threshold. If fees are charged by customs, they are payable by the recipient.
